All right, so around Thanksgiving, we were able to do a couple of podcasts where we had a discussion with my father,

who was a former homicide detective with the LAPD.

And now, just in time, well, probably right after Christmas, I wanted to be able to do this podcast with my mother, Robin, who has been a nurse for, well, I'm not going to say how many years, because she'll throw something at me, but has been a very accomplished nurse, both in the United States and abroad in the missions

field. And we're going to talk a little bit with her today about some of her experiences being

a nurse during COVID, some of the craziest stories that she has either, you know, lived through or experienced. And also, some of the craziest stories that she has either lived through or experienced.

And also, some of the things that you need to know.

Like, what are some of the medical skills you need to know for a variety of conditions?

We'll discuss surviving the zombie apocalypse because let's face it.

If you don't know how to do basic first aid, the zombies

are going to get you. I've seen Walking Dead. I'm somewhat of an expert on this and we all know

that'll happen. Plus, having worked, gosh, for decades now, as an OB nurse, she's going to answer

the age-old question of, what do you need to know as a guy right now to deliver a baby in a survival

situation having only a pocket knife, a handkerchief, and ACDC's greatest hits, right?
