0:03.3	And today we have a guest that I'm pretty excited about because Dr. John Arroyo is a pretty
0:10.4	impressive guy.
0:12.1	But as we like to joke with each other, we were joking right before the show, we knew each other
0:17.7	back when, right?
0:19.0	We knew each other back when when both of us were in the military,
0:23.8	desperately, desperately just trying to make it through a special forces
0:27.3	qualification course, trying to navigate all of the uncertainties,
0:31.7	the confusion, the difficulties, the challenges associated with that particular mission,
0:35.6	because that's where we met each other.
0:37.3	That's where we met each other, trying to go through the Special Forces Qualification course,
0:40.3	get our Green Beret and get out to the units so we could go fight a war.
0:44.8	And John did.
0:46.5	John fought the war.
0:48.0	He fought in Afghanistan.
0:49.1	He fought at Iraq.
0:49.8	And he fought it in a way at home that nobody should have to.
0:55.6	And he overcame something pretty significant.
0:59.0	And John has got a story to tell.
1:01.8	And it doesn't start with what happened on that day, but it is a part of it.
1:06.2	And it's what has led him to the mission that he's doing today and why I continue to be very, very proud to not only call him my comrade in arms when we serve in the military
