Mr. Rosenstein has a lot to say about that investigation.

I'm sure because he was the one who started it and then oversaw it and ultimately saw

it through to its conclusion.

Don McGinn of course has been subpoenaed by Congress to testify about those same things

that he described to the special council.

President Trump and the White House have said they will try to stop Don McGinn from testifying

to Congress.
