And I've seen and everything I've looked at about you, you went from finance to the world of real estate

to having multiple companies to now writing a book called Survival First, which is, I love the way you describe it.

So I want to leave that up to you though to tell the audience a little bit about

the impetus behind writing it after you went through all this other journey.

Yeah, seeing I was in finance as a little bit of stretch.

I attempted to getting finance.

I had a finance degree and I spent years getting rejected from every interview I ever did in finance and I wound up

burning my college diplomas and moving to Texas.

And starting effectively, I just hit the reset button and started from scratch.

Yeah. And I stumbled around from a job then side gig to side gig going broke and then just stumbled into real estate as something I thought was going to buy me some time

so I could get a real job and that was seven years ago and I just became an entrepreneur kind of by accident because nothing else was working.

And thank God.

Life was clearly telling you that you were meant to have a different path and be an entrepreneur, not work for somebody else.
