Chris, what a day to have you on the program so we have so much

banking news from bonus to possible consolidation. This is the question that Tom Keynes

has been asking for two years and I always pushed back and said no they're not

going to consolidate because no one wants a bigger bank certainly the

regulators don't want it's am I wrong no well I think partly I think

you can say yes.
