So yet another terror attack, another lone wolf coming out of nowhere, Donald Trump seized

on the issue, tweeting, when will we learn it is only getting worse? But what is it we could learn? What could we do?

What is it that we don't know or we could do in these situations if anything.

There's several things I think we could do, one of which is we need better intelligence

both within the United States and with our friends and allies around the world.

A lot more work has to be done on this.

New York City is quite good at this, but not every entity is.

We need stronger domestic police intelligence capability and

police for enforcing of the law and of methods of stopping these sorts of things.

Many police forces are not equipped in this country and abroad

to deal with these kind of issues.
