Carl, the idea that the Fed is not going to move there seems to be split in the

markets about how likely that is it's not that sovereigns are saying it's

definitely going to happen but there seems to be more

optimism among active traders than futures traders.

Mike I think the split in the markets also reflects the split within the Federal Reserve

governance as well. I think there's going to be a very

active discussion next week about the word Dennis Lockhart used yesterday or
