I want to share with you today a minor yet somehow profound impact that a small action in my life

has brought me and it's it's this it's simply this for no real reason actually there is a reason I

deleted Instagram from my phone maybe four or five days ago right and the reason is I just

noticed I was always going to Instagram it was always like this default muscle memory

like waiting for the lift Instagram the pastor is boiling

Instagram even if I'm watching TV and there's like a slow part I'm like well let me just

check Instagram and I just didn't like it and I thought know, I'm going to give myself a little break,

do a little delete.

I do this every so often, as I write about in my book,

stop checking your likes, having these little breaks can be very healthy.

But I deleted it from my phone and it's weird because I almost

like go to check it and it's not there. My phone will take me and say to Instacott.

Which is quite funny. But anyway anyway why am I telling you this today because having a

social media break is no big deal hopefully you do it too I certainly

recommend it. But this weird thing almost like happened and I was like,

gosh I've got to do a pot about this because I just, I kind of realized something that I never really paid attention to before.

Now I don't know about you but I enjoy watching the show The Bachelor.

I've watched it for years a friend of mine jokes she's like oh my gosh only you and my mom

watched the bachelor but look I don't know I think it's still a pretty popular show

but this isn't the point I've been watching The Bachelor for years and of course the Bachelorette.

And because I don't have cable I catch it on Hulu the next day, right?
