So we, a lot of people here, had such little certainty growing up that now, with health anxiety, we can't stand the uncertainty in regards

to our physical health or something that may happen in the future that is again out of our control.

We don't like that feeling of uncertainty because when we were growing up, we were so caught up in so much uncertainty, whether it came from mom, dad, school, teachers, mentors, friends, anything like that.
