So the U.S. Supreme Court is going to hear arguments on January 10th about the constitutionality of a federal law that could ban

TikTok unless the Chinese parent company bite dance sells it the case will explore whether the law

violates the first amendment so oh boy here we go. TikTok getting banned, not getting banned.

You know, so I say it's sexist because I never made any money off TikTok.

But, you know, if you're a pretty girl, people will just give you money, evidently,

in this day and age.

But this is weird for me, right?

So like, I understand privacy concerns and especially with a communist government like China.

But I don't think it's the country's business or the federal government's business to outlaw legitimate businesses.

It's up to us to protect our own data.

If we're going to start going after companies for releasing our data, then let's go after all of them.

It does very much sound like the government picking winners and losers.
