Big, huge Supreme Court ruling against racial discrimination and the Democrats are understandably furious.

Tomorrow's radio show, I'm going to be talking to two constitutional law professors and

the head of the Louisiana Republican Party. So I look forward to things we learn there,

maybe sharing on this podcast here tomorrow. So we can keep it at 30,000 feet.

Maybe we'll go to 10,000 fees.

So here's the story.

Back in 2022, Louisiana passed a new congressional redistricting map.

Now, this is different than the redistricting war that's been going on.

This is just a normal every 10-year redistricting nobody deal. And the left

sued about the map. And the judge said that it violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of

1965 because it does not include an additional majority black district. So they needed another majority black congressional district.

So the state's like, all right.

So they drew a new map that had that district, a majority black district.

And then someone else sued and said, that's racist.

That's racial gerrymandering.

You can't do that. So no matter what the state did, that's racist, that's racial gerrymandering, you can't do that.

So no matter what the state did, they were racist.

If they don't make a black district, they're racist.

If they do make a black district, they're racist.

Either way, what are we going to do?
