So thanks to being here to get the true story. The story of the day, the Department of Justice,

released a report called the Task Force to eradicate anti-Christian

bias. This is from the Department of Justice's Twitter account. They said we published a report

detailing how the Biden administration's, prosecutions, policies, and practices demonstrated

anti-Christian bias throughout the federal

government. This report details the Biden administration's radical efforts to punish Christians

and highlights the current president's efforts to restore religious liberty. Pretty good.

So what's going on here? I first heard this. I didn't even know this was a thing that they were

doing so. It's like, oh, great. And so that's intriguing. Let's let's give it a read. Let's let's see what's happening. So I opened up the report and it's 565 pages. So I didn't read it all just yet. Yet, I didn't read it all all yet. And it's actually surprisingly academic and has over a thousand footnotes.

So it takes me a little while to work through.

But two things caught my eye.

First, in the very beginning, they did a wonderful study on the, what's it called?

Establishment Clause.

So let me, like debunking how the separation of church and

state people have been interpreting it all these years let me read a little bit here under the

establishment clause congress may pass no law respecting an establishment of religion over time

the supreme court has explained several core principles that can be discerned from this provision.

But first, it's helpful to explain what the Establishment Clause does not do.

It does not compel the government to purge from the public sphere anything that an objective observer could reasonably infer endorses or partakes of the religious.
