| 1:15.1 | the other three justices from Democratic appointees dissented. |
| 1:18.8 | Now all you need to really know about the bump stop thing is it takes weapons and makes them deadlier it |
| 1:23.6 | basically makes a faster semi-automatic with a higher rate of fire in fact you can go |
| 1:28.3 | hundreds of rounds a minute which from a legal perspective goes well beyond what most people would ever need for self-defense, right? |
