covered the topic of Crohn's and Colitis. We have talked a lot about gut health. We've talked a lot about leaky gut, but we've never really dove straight into these two very distinct disease states. So talk to us, what is the difference between Crohn's and

colitis? This is a great question. Even those who are diagnosed with a form of inflammatory bowel

disease often don't know the difference between the two. So I look at these as a sliding scale

spectrum where Crohn's disease is actually worse than colitis. And I'll

tell you why. We look at Crohn's disease, it's anywhere from mouth to anus, and it comes in these little patches called payers patches. So you kind of like a Dalmatian, you can have inflammation or spots or sores inside the mouth, inside the stomach, inside the smaller large intestine, even peri-anal abscesses or fissures, so actually outside of,
