and I was in Oxford this weekend and watched two not great baseball teams

going at it. full credit to old miss. They got the job

done, they got the wins, great comeback on Saturday and then total domination on Sunday.

And it puts Mississippi State in a situation now where

they could have had a little leeway.

You know, if they had won a road series that gives you a little room to maneuver to say if something goes

wrong in one of your remaining home series or if you do get swept at Vanderbilt or at Arkansas.

State doesn't have that anymore. Now they have to win all their

remaining home series and they cannot get swept on the road to finish at 500 and
