We're going to go straight to your phone calls. It is news day. If you have news items,

you want to make sure we cover stuff, including stuff that's at the local level that might

inspire others, including something that it could include good news. It could include challenges

that localities are facing, that probably other localities are facing also a conclude the major

national and international news that they particularly where it has to do with stuff.

Then an elected body can actually do something with and not only the biggest stories, of course.

That's why I ask and solicit inputs. We can find what we might miss. What's some stuff that we

think we might miss? We know that this time of the holidays can be a time for stress and a time

for reflection and not always, reflection is always positive, isn't always optimistic.

That's one of the reasons why we gather this community, why we appreciate you so much.

Something occurred to me as I was reflecting. When I'm trying to reflect on the good,

brain coach Brad, who's a friend of the program and a friend of mine,

one of the people who inspired our discussion about Thanksgiving dinner discussions and how do we
