and I have to carry the heavy stuff, so that would be useful.

Super strength, so I could punch my way into building like the Kool-Aid man.

Super speed because I can run to like a specific spot in the world without having to like pay for a plane ticket.

If you have super speed you have to eat a lot of food to sustain the energy to go that fast.
