I have been teaching meditation for over 30 years. 

I am a qualified Personal trainer with Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness and Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment. I have lectured in the fitness, mental health and wellbeing industry for over 25 years.

I am a specialist 'intensive A' mental health worker working in mental health and disability and have worked in mental health forensics.

Super simple, progressive, muscular relaxation for your sleep.

This meditation is going to be straightforward, simple, and focused on relaxing your body,

one body part at a time, with some emphasis on letting go emotionally.

For your sleep and your healing, before we start, I'd like you to select a space, a place

in which you feel safe, in which you can practice meditation. This can be any safe, comfortable

space, but as the aim of this meditation is your sleep, I suggest your bed as the place in which

you meditate. It is your choice. Dress comfortably, declutter the space, and when you're ready, we will begin.

Sit down or lie down comfortably, and we will begin.
