Last time we talked to the Inter-Center podcast, Justin had gotten off to a really slow start.

Right.

And you said that you thought the coaching staff

didn't fully trust him. How do you think that relationship evolved over the last 13 weeks of the

season? Well, it evolved in a positive way, right? I mean, early in the year, I think when we talked

and it was maybe week four somewhere in there, right? It was a little bit still of the round peg into

the square whole thing where I'm going, why are we

trying to run Aaron Rogers' offense with Justin Fields? Why did we draft this guy when he can

run like this and we're not going to do that? And of course, the New England game is the game

where it all changed. I just was going, oh my gosh, here it is. Look at this. And of course it blew the mind of Bill Belichick and the defense of coaches there.

But I think like that was a necessity to, hey, the sport is about confidence and giving guys,

I don't care who you are, Tom Brady, whatever. The coach has got to make you feel, hey,

you're doing something good. You're contributing to the team. And that gave him something positive to build on, let alone the offense and the team and start to go,

okay, wait, we can do stuff around this.

And what happened?

You know, it's now, oh, no, we got to play a defense to stop the run with Justin Fields.

We're in trouble.

It leads to more optimal nice passing looks.
