On this week's episode of the Sunny in PHX Podcast, Charlie Erling and Mitch Krmpotich break down the Phoenix Suns' trade deadline moves, recap last week's games, and preview the two games before the NBA All Star Break. The Phoenix Suns brought back a familiar face, Torrey Craig, at the trade deadline, sending out Jalen Smith and a 2022 2nd round pick. Craig was a big part of last year's playoff run, and should fit seamlessly back into the lineup as the Suns gear up for another playoff run. The Suns also brought in guard Aaron Holiday from the Washington Wizards right before the deadline hit. Holiday will be an excellent depth piece for the Suns, especially while they wait for the return of Cameron Payne. The Suns had big wins against the Bulls and 76ers on the road last week, but all eyes were on the NBA Finals rematch against the Bucks in Phoenix. The game stayed tight through the first quarter, but the Suns got their revenge and played great basketball to put the Bucks away. This should leave Suns fans feeling optimistic about a potential rematch in the finals. Thanks for tuning in, and go Suns!
