I am your host for today and really just co-host in general.

My throat feels fine.

And actually, I want to take this opportunity to mention something.

Something that I think does not get said enough. Think about all the times

that you're not sick and really enjoy them. When I hear other people say that they're sick,

I always think, I'm so glad I'm not sick because I know I take it for granted. And I think I'm just

enjoying not being sick. So the next time I am sick,

I can think back to those good times. Next level sick tanking. Very good job. No, I don't need any
