soft cast after a foot injury but it does not appear to be anything serious also we haven't heard

anything about his arrest in Miami, so I guess

that's fine now. So just a minor setback for Josh, but shouldn't really be an issue,

especially this time of year, but just wanted to give the update, especially since it's

possible technically that he could get traded.
