Welcome to Sunday Stillness, a few minutes each week to meditate on one idea that will bring us closer to who we want to become.

0:17.0

The whole 10 Things to Tell You, podcast concept, is predicated on this idea that sharing yourself will make you less

0:28.7

lonely. I have been shouting from the rooftops for years now about sharing your stuff.

0:37.0

That's the name of my first book, share your stuff, I'll go first, that book came out of the show,

0:41.6

which is about telling one another things, for all kinds of reasons.

0:47.2

0:51.6

to build connection, to deepen existing connections, to know

0:57.9

2:08.9

2:12.8

And so here, let me just play you a little bit of the audio from this Instagram reel.

2:16.8

I'll also link to it because you're going to want to go follow Joy.

2:20.3

And I hope to have her on the show soon anyway so if you don't already know her wonderful work I do want you to know it.

2:27.0

Here's what she said in this reel this week.

2:29.0

Are you telling those in your life that know you and love you what you do,

2:35.0

what business you've started, what side hustle you're working on,

2:40.0

what you want to do or pivot in your next phase of your business or a career?

2:45.7

Are you telling them?
