There is a severe drought across a lot of the Southwest United States. And Utah is getting hit really bad. They haven't had rain in a, I don't know, a long time.

And they're suffering. They need rain. They need rain. And what do you do when you need rain? Well, the governor of Utah has an interesting way of getting rain to come.

The governor of Utah is asking Utahans, Utahans, what is a person from Utah? Mormon, Utahans, Utahans, Utahans, Utahans, who the fuck knows?

Anyway, he's asking the people of the state of Utah to pray for rain. And I don't mean colloquially. I'm going to read you what he said.
