deaths. We're told the House will vote Thursday on a war powers resolution requiring Congress's

consent for any further military action, and that Speaker Mike Johnson is urging members to vote no.

British Prime Minister Kier Starmor says the U.K. will allow the U.S. to use its basis in the Gulf.

The basis of our decision is the collective self-defense of long-standing friends and allies

and protecting British lives.

Iran hit a military base in Bahrain, narrowly missing British personnel.

Oil prices have shot up about 7%. Dow futures down close to
