Senate Secretary of State Marco Rubio briefed House and Senate Intelligence Committee members behind closed doors and discussed the U.S. and Israel strikes on Iran.

Senator Mark Warner, the ranking Democrat on that committee, says he's heard different reasons for the strikes, but saw no imminent threat from Iran to the U.S.

There was a threat to Israel.

We equate a threat to Israel as the equivalent of an imminent threat to the United States,

then we are in uncharted territory.

The oil industry now preparing for a major blockade after this weekend strikes on Iran.

ABC's James Longman reports from Istanbul, Turkey.
