winter storm and brutal cold affecting two-thirds of the country. Many still without power from

the last big storm facing dangerous conditions once again. Thousands of flights canceled. We have team coverage this morning,

Whit, good morning. Snow started falling here overnight in Virginia Beach, and you can see what's

accumulated, but perhaps you can hear the bigger factor. This wind is causing bone-chilling temperatures

from the Midwest to the northeast

all the way as far south as Florida.

This morning, millions of Americans waking up to another winter storm

that brought snowfall totals rarely seen across the south.

Dron footage shows the system's widespread impact in East Tennessee.

Homes, roads, and fields are covered as far as the eye can see.

Similar scenes across the Carolinas, more than nine inches of snow now blanket Charlotte.

Nearly a foot falling in nearby Canopoulos.
