It is another day of reckoning, ladies and gentlemen, and this time it should be a day of better news than we've had all week.

Chancellor of Rishi Sunak will step up to the dispatch box today at midday to unveil yet another rescue package aimed at staving off mass redundancies and job losses as we head into the winter season.

It's going to be different from the furlough scheme, apparently, which is due to come to an end

next month, of course, and is instead based around a German-style subsidy scheme, which will

keep people employed part-time and is aimed apparently at helping

those who do lose their jobs find new ones. The big question is, of course, how successful will it be?

After two days of bashing the government for taking the wrong road today, I will praise the

Chancellor for at least trying to do the right thing for business. But as more and more companies

prepare to let their employees go, I want to hear from

you as well. How will this Treasury's new package help you? Will it be too little too late?

Should the government still be looking at different ways of keeping the economy going rather
