When the woman comes in with the alabaster box that later on another gospel writer identifies as Mary,

when the alabaster box is brought into the room it's brought into the room of simon who a man

who's labeled as a pharisee want you to see this when she comes in the alabaster box she breaks the

box signifying that she has no need to save any for later or control how it flows.

Genuine worship is never a controlled flow.

When she breaks the box, it's actually offensive to people who have an appropriate evaluation of the worth of the box and an inappropriate

evaluation of the feet she poured it on so when she breaks the box moves hey west good to see you

buddy when she breaks the box goes into absolute hey, Wes, good to see you, buddy. When she breaks the box, goes into absolute, a worship that is significant enough to heaven,

Jesus calls it a memorial, and it's to be declared wherever the gospel is preached.

That's not said about anybody else's worship.

When she moves into this extravagant, biblical, New Testament current standard of worship,

they evaluated the value of the box and determined what she did was inappropriate based on other uses available for the box

and they're absolutely correct about the value of the box what they're incorrect about is the value of the

one she poured the perfume on.

It's never about the box.

It's not about the jumping.
