overdue, so I'm very excited. It really is long overdue. You're right. And to be honest, I took a break from

Power Hour for the first time in about six years. And the show has just returned. So I'm really,

really happy to have you. And because it's summer right now, I feel like a lot of the things I want

to talk to you about today, obviously focusing on nutrition and health and well-being, as that is

your world and

your expertise, but with a specific summer focus. So, how do you feel? I like this. I love that.

Okay. Yeah, let's just dive right on in. All right. Well, summer, I guess for, I can't really

make a blanket statement that's what summer is like for everyone. However, I feel like summer can be a very busy time.

There can be lots of parties and weddings and festivals and summer barbecues.

There's lots of sports going on, lots of events.

And I was looking recently because, well, I can say wholeheartedly in my world,

that a lot of those events involve alcohol drinking alcohol and so if

you were to toss it up over the over the whole summer it's probably a lot more alcohol than I would

normally drink in my normal life so there was that and then it got me thinking about um an article
