It is summer, and you know what that means. It is summer vacation. I am taking a couple of weeks off of recording the podcast, and that means that we get to drop some of my favorite episodes that you may or may not have ever listened to. These three interviews have such a dramatically different approach on how we can heal our mental health and truly become mentally well.Dr Joseph Yi is a board certified addiction psychiatrist based in Newtown, Pennsylvania.
