That's, look, I think that it's important that we talk about vanity because there's nothing wrong with it.

Personally, I always set up my fat loss phases,

usually one a year, that starts right around the new year

and I know that I'm going to end around this time so I'm currently in my reverse diet because I don't want to diet over the summer.

I want to be leaner over the summer. I want to look better when I typically am wearing less clothes

where I would have my shirt off more often sitting by our pool or going to the beach or

whatever. That's my personal preference and nobody gets to tell me what I should or shouldn't do.
