Well, we have got great plans for the podcast this summer, so we just wanted to take a few minutes today to drop into your feet and tell you about

them. First of all, Dr. Kim and Nancy's brand new book, Love, Intimacy and Sex in the second

half is coming out. And we're so excited about this. So Dr. Kim, will you share a little bit

about what led you to write this book? I think a lot of it was just observing couples and seeing

couples that enter in.

The second half I just see is when the last kid leaves home, which can be anywhere from probably someone 40 to do whatever time that happens.

So just to help them prepare to get ready for that, to embrace that season, because Nancy, I found it's just an incredible season of marriage.

And I think, so I think the book is for those who are going to enter that season,

maybe in the next five, even 10 years like that,

then what do we need to do to get things in place?

And for those in, in that season as to how do we make the best of this?

What are we, are we doing everything we can to

really get the most out of this season of our marriage? And it's really was a fun thing to write

with Nancy. It's just, first time we've done something together. And so we did a lot of recording.

And then Lindsay, you and our transcriber went through everything and edited that. And then, of course,

then it went to our publisher and all that kind of stuff. But I think God has just showed Nancy

and I so much through our marriage. We've learned so many things. We've made so many mistakes.

And so I think to help people know that if they're making those mistakes, it's normal. And if they

can avoid them to do that.

And so we just wanted to share that and what God's done in our marriage and give people hope

of what God can do.
