This is a book that is sort of breaking out of shame spirals, talking about self-care in a way that we actually can get for ones.

And it's a big permission slip to be a dork. I'm reading this

from some of the things about this book. And it just makes me so excited. It says,

lazy person. And then followed up to that is bestselling author of tough titties.

How the heck is that both true? Let's just start how, who the heck are you? What do you do?

And how are you both a lazy person and a bestselling author? Okay, very good question. I have been

accused a lot of being a fraud as the lazy person.
