It's the summer musical in Randolph Vermont.

It's one day before Showtime.

People from town are volunteering backstage to finish the sets.

If you walked into Chandler Music Hall today,

chances are they'd give you a job.

The director, Kim Nowlin Hathaway, is giving notes to the kids

before their final dress rehearsal.

Kim grew up in this town, and she was in the summer musicals

as a kid.

So was Molly Clark, the show's musical director.

Her first show was Oklahoma when she was in third grade. The summer musical's been going on here for

over 20 years and this year they're putting on footloose. And honestly it feels like

the whole town is involved like it takes every last person in Randolph to pull this thing off again.

A full musical with up to 120 kids in three weeks. It's a miracle.
