A couple of different moves for the Phoenix Suns, but we'll start with the trade which the first trade which was

The Phoenix Suns earlier in the offseason fully guaranteed camera paints contract

It was partially guaranteed before that and they they had already fully guaranteed it and they are trading Cameron Payne

And a second round pick plus cash to the Sid and Tony Asperger's for a future second round pick and from Phoenix's perspective

This saves a ton on the luxury tax

Proliminary estimate I did is that it saves them about 25 million Justin tax now that always gets complicated because who you add in and take out

You know like for the books it can look bigger or smaller because the tax is progressive

But you know it saves them a lot we could put it that way

But it does come at a real consequence too because even though campaign hasn't always featured too heavily in the Suns or his other teams

Postseason plans this Phoenix team is extremely shallow for the regular season and I think that's the bigger issue

Concern with this for me. Well, they also do get a trade exception

So they bring in a lower level guy and they get just more movable ammo in this move
