0:14.2	Let's turn back over to John Chapter 8.
0:16.6	I mentioned these verses last night as I started talking about discipleship. And so I just am going to go
0:23.1	back through some of this and make some points that I didn't get to last night. But being a
0:28.8	disciple is what God called every one of us to be. This is not just for the clergy, for the full-time
0:35.3	Christians. Every one of us is supposed to be a disciple,
0:39.4	a learner, a person that continues in the word until you get set free. So look again at this
0:46.9	in John chapter 8 and in verse 30. As he spake these words, many believed on him. And Jesus said to those Jews which believed on him.
0:56.6	This is very important that you understand. He was speaking to people who believed on him.
1:02.4	People had been rejecting him and saying that he was of Belsabub and that this was not right.
1:08.7	And yet Jesus spoke to the people who believed on him.
1:13.6	And he wasn't talking to unbelievers.
1:16.1	He was talking to people who believed on him.
1:19.0	If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed.
1:24.9	And you shall know the truth.
1:26.8	And the truth shall make you free. So there is a
1:30.5	difference between being a believer and being a disciple. If you say that I believe in Jesus,
1:37.0	that does not mean that you are a disciple. A disciple is a person who continues in the word
1:43.0	until they know the truth. And I mentioned this last night,
1:46.7	but the word no here isn't talking about just intellectual knowledge. It's talking about
