Hello, hello everybody. I'm Lexi Lombard and you're back listening to another episode. The last episode I posted was June 15th, so it's almost

been a month. Why did I leave? What happened? Was I requiring a mental health break?

Did something happen?

Was it summer and I got lazy?

No, there's this little thing that happens

in the world of shows

called Joining a Network and I as a podcast had my show with

the podcast network for the past year and it was time to go somewhere else so I've recently

signed with a new podcast network and the overlap took a little bit longer than anticipated.

Therefore, there was a month break.

But you know what? Distance makes the heart grow

fonder. I hope you miss me. And in the realm of a lot of modern day creative

endeavors such as posting on social media like

Tik-Toc stars YouTube stars

Instagram personalities whatever

they're constantly posting they're like the news cycle every single day. There's something new to share.

Whereas in the world of online series and TV shows, there's seasons. So they create create create create take a break let the show

exist let the people watch give the writers some time to come up with new ideas

give the actors a little time off

off from working so consistently and I would love to see that shift happen in the world

of social media I have a little YouTube brand that I would love to have in this episode actually

because it's been so consistently on my mind like it's on the forefront of my brain as someone who's created on you two for the past decade.
