anxiety around making plans. I want to be a person who says, yes, I will be there. I will show up with flowers,

and I don't always know in advance if I'm going to be able to be there. I'm Rachel Martin,

I went through a lot of loss at a young age, and I think when you experience that kind of deep loss,
