We're taught to do something known as Sujood Sahu.

You know what is Sujood Sahu?

Sujood Sahu means, if I've made a mistake in an era, I will compensate by fulfilling extra

prostrations for Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

Anyway, there is a method you will have to learn about it.
