My brothers, my sisters before I commence we're talking about healing hearts

I want each one of you to prepare in your minds

how your heart has healed from heartbreak or from the diseases of the heart over time

because at the end of this speech I want to give you randomly one minute to get up and tell us

what helped you to heal your own heart in Shahrullah

so I've just warned you in advance prepare it because we're going to pick on any one of you in Shahrullah

may Allah Almighty make it easy

don't let that be a heartbreak, Mashallah

My brothers, my sisters, everyone of us has been blessed with a piece of flesh within our bodies

that the Almighty has described within the statement of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him ala wa innafil jessa di ilamudra

if it is a generation of a prophet who may be a part of the Prophet peace be upon him

make mention of several things halal and haram and so on then he says that indeed in the body

there is a piece of flesh if it is pure and good

then the entire body is pure and good.

And if it is diseased and sick or ill or dirty,

then the entire body will be exactly that.

What is that organ or piece of flesh behold, it is the heart.

From this we learn that the heart is one of the most important,

if not the most important organ that you and I have.

However, 136,000 heart beats a day on average,

without you realizing that it is beating throughout the day.
