Hey, everybody. My guest today is Bill Matsukutis, who is an old friend of mine as well as a colleague.

I was part of the legal team that brought the original PFOA case in West Virginia, Ohio.

That was featured in the Mark Ruffalo film Dark Waters. We had a 3500 clients who had been

injured by PFOAs that were released by DuPont. DuPont denied everything that litigation

took about 12 years. In the end, we settled the case for $633 million. The most important thing we

got out of that case was a mandate for the company to do medical monitoring and to do a real study

on the medical implications of having PFOAs in your blood. It's now in the blood supply. Almost

all Americans now have PFOs, some level PFOAs in their blood. Once it gets in you, it is there

forever. It's called forever chemical. It recycles and constantly causing damage and inflammation

to your body and it ever leaves. So, and part of your case in the Scotch Card case,
