I try to keep excuse organic component to it.

And I have multiple ideas and multiple different times and multiple times throughout the day and the week.

And my mind kind of ebbs and flows.

I happen to get a text on somebody who I've texted with in the past who really enjoyed the episode I did on debunking the myths of mental health and mental illness and suggested a topic that I, if I could do one on suicide and myths associated with it.

And I thought, I think I responded with, you know, great topic.

Let's try and talk more.

But I, given that since it's been a holiday weekend, I was able to spend some time to actually,

because of the gravity of this topic.

And it's something that is on the forefront of anybody in the medical, health care, psychological field is on guard for and hopefully has the appropriate training and knowledge base of what to do if somebody

they're working with or they're supervising that they're able to have a conversation,

a professional conversation about suicide.

So I took time to put some notes together

because I thought that it was relevant

to address some more specific things.

And I think suicide is one of those really misunderstood,

but it's painful. It's misunderstood, but it's painful.
