So I've tried over the,

it's still do this,

a lot of these episodes kind of top of my head and what I think is,

is relevant and there's just a plethora of different avenues to explore when it comes to mental health.

And I thought that I would just kind of jot,

I jod down some things earlier that from, I think,

a lot of questions that people have asked the things I've read. And today's episode is, you know,

doing my best to kind of like demystify and debunking mental health myths.

And again, just from my perspective.

And I think by debunking myths, we replace shame with knowledge.

And I think isolation with connection and hopelessness with real

evidence-based solutions.

So I kind of jotted down like seven myths.

I'm sure there's probably a lot more, but ones that I thought were the most relevant

from the idea that mental health problems are rare to whether,

you know, can kids really be depressed?
