This phenomenon of suicide bombing attacks, for at least our English-speaking audience,

started to unveil somewhere at the end of 2004, where Russian intelligence agencies,

for some unknown, demented reason, decided to change his tactics from just arson

and intelligence caterings to bombings that

involves mostly Ukrainian teenagers or young adults or mostly vulnerable people socially,

for example, single mothers, you know.

So what has changed?

It's nothing unheard of of these bombings.

You know, there are what we call ghost bombings when a person gets hired.

He plants the bomb somer and runs off safe and gets paid in crypto, you know.

And of course, this also has like a slowly grooming session where the person gets paid in crypto first to make something not so

dangerous and then the handler or the person from the other side quick slowly but

surely raises the stakes you know after a picture here is an arson and here is a

bombing so the modus operandis is quite similar because like we saw in the previous cases,

where for example, last time we talked about the case of Sergei from Latvia,

and we got into some details how we will meet with the middle person in order to carry either goods, money and whatnot.

This principle also applies to this bombings from an operational perspective

because it's clearly too much work to find first a person ideological oriented

to work with Russian intelligence services, then a person knowledgeable enough to make an explosive
