Summary

Sure, there’s nothing new about saying added sugar is bad for you (regardless of your age). Your mom told you, and your doctor says so, too, but you can’t sugar-coat the truth -- you love the sweet stuff. So what else is new? Well, it turns out that there is a lot of information that is both new and troubling about sugar.

Sugar has infiltrated the standard American diet.

It is in our breakfast cereals, muffins, donuts, cakes, pizza, white pasta.

If it's a white-floured product, it is metabolized very fast in our body as

Doing great. I just had a delicious date-nup pop-um for breakfast mixed with some fresh berries.

eat this stuff maybe people will be more you know in tune and being understanding and being able
