Ralph Nader. We've been starting each show with an update and this week though we're going to start with a correction.

Last week we were talking about how many teaspoons of sugar were in a can of

Coca-Cola and David guessed five. I wanted to go more. Ralph said eight.

I did a little research on the internet

so you know it's true and found out that Ralph, you were wrong.

I don't know how many times anybody's ever said that to you.

But a typical 12 ounce can of coke has 9.5 teaspoons of

sugar. It's probably the only time you've given a coke a break, Ralph, and a 16 ounce can

has 13 teaspoons of sugar.

Well, this actually affirms my reputation for chronic understatement.

I guessed 8, it is 9.5 you're right

teaspoons of sugar in a regular can of classic Coke and that's an understatement so you know if you're

going to make a mistake to be understated is actually not so bad. He even makes mistakes right. But even down the line

because I looked up and this just was incredible a 7-Eleven big gulp 22 teaspoons of sugar. Wow. 7-Eleven Big Gulp, 22 teaspoons of sugar.

Wow. 7-Eleven Super Gulp, 32 teaspoons of sugar,

and then they have this thing called an Extreme Gulp,

which is a 64-ounce drink, which I believe is the size of a child's waiting pool.

46 teaspoons of sugar in that.
