troops with Mali troops pursuing into Mauritania, jihadists. Unknown. It's a question of fog of war. However, there are Russians in Sudan. So,

Sudan. Well, I think the question of Russia, China, the United States, and the Europe, Europeans in Africa,

is all part of an evolution.

We're looking at not only those three francophone states,

Bicina Faso and Mulli as being of concern and moving away from the Western or French sphere.

But we're also looking at the Sierra Leonean government which is increasingly isolated.

Now there's talk of the International Criminal Court trying to arrest President Bio of

Sierra Leone, whether that happens is going to be debatable because as we're seeing the International Criminal

Court is literally falling apart as it attempts an overreach against Israel in

particular as a result of the Israel Hamas situation.

But the reality is that Africa is going its own way.

It's going to be in more and more trouble. I met in London a week ago with very senior African

generals and officials who I met with privately there and they all

all expressed their concerns they still hope that China is going to come
