So let's start with this story, fresh off the presses.

Now, you might remember a few months ago,

a 57-year-old second grade teacher in California

named Wendy Munson, she was arrested

when she was found to be teaching drunk. That's right, she was teaching drunk. And when we say

drunk we're saying she was hammered. Her blood alcohol levels more than two times

the legal limit, even two hours after the police were called.

They say what she was drinking? I don't know. No one physically saw her drinking.

They just know that she was pissed drunk so I don't know but then just yesterday the

DA dropped the charges because while it's highly inappropriate it's not

illegal to teach drunk good news, not illegal to teach drunk.

Tip one bag and start yelling at those kids.

Now, two criminal charges could have been for DUI

for driving to school drunk and child endangerment.
