Okay, here's one for you today.

This is one that's deep inside of me.

So this one right here, I know this one very, very well.

I want to talk to you today about success, but I want to talk to you about it like I usually do in terms of

a principle of it, but I want to share something with you about it. And I was talking to my

daughter about it. I've talked about my son-in-law about it, talked about it with all my children.

And I'm really starting to express it to them now because, I mean, mine range from age 31 down to 16.

So I'm talking to a wide range of people constantly. But I want to share something with you.

And this is very, very very real and there is no

way around this if you have any aspiration of being successful if you have any inkling that you

want to change for the better and become successful in that change I want you to realize starting right now the effort that is going to require.

And that's why I think it stops a lot of people.

I think a lot of people are never told or don't understand the sheer effort that it takes to become successful at anything in any area of your life.

You know, I think people think that if they do their best they can, that that'll cut it.
